The most valuable power we can attain in life is the power over our inner peace as individuals, which becomes as a natural consequence our greatest contribution to the peace of humanity. Feeling at peace can begin with a simple deep breath, awareness of the invisible air that enters our body and gives us life. We feel at peace when we understand that our step on this path is towards the light. When we understand that we came to learn, to feel. When we take responsibility for ourselves without drama. When we learn to value what is really important, and we free ourselves from useless worries. When our actions are directed at our good without harming others. When we smile more than we complain. When we can understand that no one owes us anything, that we are all learning, only that some focus more than others on that individual learning. When we hear our heart speaking to us of our gifts, talents, and dreams from our own truth. When we value everything around us. When we discard everything that makes noise and gives us nothing. When we are generous and loving from the inside out. When we water and cultivate our own garden better, and don't let it grow weeds... flowers always seek the light.
